Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory.

Q:Can lget free sample before bulk order?
We can accept sample order before bulk order,FREE SAMPLES of some products can be sent on request.

Q:How to confirm the products quality before placing orders?
We manufacture the ingredients in our own factory, so the quality is strictly controlled from raw material to storage. Also for each batch we will have sample to-record, COA first for you to check the specification and we test every batch of our product by HPLC, UV, GC,andTLCetc. We also cooperate with independent third party lab such as SGS, PONY etc.

Q:How will you deliver the goods?

We have strong cooperation with DHL, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, China Air Post. For bulk products, we can ship it by air to your airport or directly to your door. For container products, we can do sea shipping. You also can choose your own shipping forwarder. 

Q: How to place an order or pay?
A: You can send your purchase order to my email, or contact me through other instant messaging software. After confirming the order quantity and payment method, I will arrange shipment for you within 24 hours of receiving the payment.


Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Different products have different minimum order quantities. You can consult directly for specific products. For bulk orders, we always provide more favorable prices.

Q:How do you treat quality complaint?
All our products are strictly tested by our QC, and confirmed by QA. Unqualified material will not be released to customer. In case any quality problem is confirmed to be caused by us, we will replace the goods or refund your payment immediately.
